Team Isberto are on vacation to Notre Dame where they met a kindhearted bell ringer named Quasimodo. They join the fun at The Festival of Fools and met a lovely gyspy girl Esmeralda. They had better watch out for the evil Minister, Judge Claude Frollo (whom Mojo Jojo and the Ice King works for). Can Team Isberto defeat Frollo and help Quasi find the Court of Miracles?
